Request for Proposals - Chapter 32 Legal Services

The Hampshire County Retirement Board (“Board”) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals/firms to provide legal services consistent with MGL Chapter 32 and Commonwealth of Massachusetts Regulations 840 CMR - Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission. RFP responses must be received no later than 4:00 pm EST on September 2, 2025. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
